A Dunnock & Butterflies

It was a lovely sunny, warm day at the allotment and the birds were in full song. The hedge by our plot is only just coming into bud but I found it tricky seeing the birds among the tangle of branches. On top of that, I'm still getting to grips with my new camera, so just the one photo that was any good.

Luckily this little dunnock decided to pose for me.

There were lots of butterflies, particularly tortoiseshells and brimstones.
